I went to Dawn after a friend referred me for debilitating neck pain. I had been seen at Urgent Care the day before where I was diagnosed with a sprained ligament, given a shot, and 2 scripts- an anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxer. The meds helped take the edge off the pain. Then I saw Dawn.

She found many issues and did a LOT of soft tissue work on me. She released a lot of tension and identified muscles that have been over/under compensating (a lot which has to do with poor posture). She also showed me different exercises to open up certain areas and strengthen others. After just one visit, my range of motion improved and I feel MUCH better.

Even after this heals completely, I'm going to see her regularly. She didn't push that on me either like some other places, I just want to keep going for maintenance and prevention. I've been to several other chiropractors and have had decent experiences but nothing like this. I HIGHLY recommend her!
